Mental skills training is an effective, nonclinical alternative to traditional therapy with a strong focus on personal development, self-improvement, and goal achievement. CMPC Mentorship

Prior to sitting for the Certified Mental Performance Consultant® exam, applicants must complete a rigorous curriculum of graduate-level coursework and a minimum of 400-hours of applied, mentored experience. I am approved by the Certification Council of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology to provide mentorship and have a wealth of experience working with a diverse group of athletes and sports at all levels of competition from high school to the Olympic and Paralympic Games. My areas of expertise include mindfulness training, arousal regulation, stress management, injury recovery, habit formation, and navigating the unique demands faced by special populations including youth and juniors, disability sport, and military adaptive sport.
